Main responsibilities:

• Assist in key compensation processes including the Annual Salary Review (ASR) bonus cycles and other compensation activities

• Contribute to the preparation and submission of global compensation surveys (e.g. Mercer Korn Ferry)

• Provide support for broader Rewards activities including mobility and employee listening processes

• Support the resolution of basic Ask HR ticket requests and ensure timely follow-up

• Assist with data validation reporting documentation and process improvement activities as required

You:

• Have ongoing college or University studies (preferably in a related field)

• Can speak English fluently

• Can work 20-30 hours/week especially Q4-Q1

• Have technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).

• Are interested in analytical tasks working with numbers
