Overall Mission
Drive the sourcing and fulfillment of indirect materials and services (IM&S) across the EMEA region ensuring cost efficiency service continuity and alignment with key category strategies and business objectives. Ensure on-time in-full delivery of goods and services across all categories driving operational reliability and full compliance with sourcing strategies and Procurement policies. Drive savings process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction by applying strong supplier management and analytical capabilities and fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
In this indirect sourcer position you will be an IM&S Spot Buyer and will drive the sourcing and fulfilment of indirect materials and services (IM&S) across the EMEA region ensuring cost efficiency service continuity and alignment with key category strategies and business objectives. You will report to the IM&S Spot Buyer Manager and you will work from Budapest.
Main Responsibilities
Sourcing & Procurement
Analyze spend data market trends and benchmarks to support savings initiatives and sourcing decisions.
Execute sourcing activities (RFI/RFQ/RFP/eAuctions) for CAPEX and OPEX in line with global and regional strategies.
Lead supplier negotiations commercial discussions contract awards and onboarding to secure optimal value and continuity of supply.
Manage PRs and POs inSAP/ARIBAaccurately while using tools such as Archlet to support sourcing activities.
Deliver measurable cost savings and process efficiency through strategic sourcing and total-cost optimization.
Issue Resolution& Compliance
Resolve supplier invoice payment and material/vendor issues in coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Support root-cause analysis corrective actions andcontinuous improvementinitiatives to prevent recurring issues.
Ensure compliance withprocurementpolicies ethical standards and audit requirements.
Stakeholder Management&Continuous Improvement
Build strong stakeholder relationships to alignprocurementactivities with business needs and ensure clear discussion on sourcing progress andissue resolution.
Improve process simplification automation data accuracy and adoption of best practices acrossprocurementoperations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve tools workflows reporting and overallprocurementefficiency.
Your profile:
BSc degree required; Engineering background preferred
Fluency in English and Arabic
1 years of experience inProcurementandProject Management
Strongproject managementattitude and knowledge
Working knowledge ofExceland differentprocurementplatforms
Familiarity with tools for trend analysis and visualization
Strong numerical skills knowledge to improve data workflows and identify processautomation opportunities
Ownership customer focus accountability and handson execution
Collaborative team player with a continuousimprovement mindset
