Global Supply Project Manager - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position
Overall Mission
This highly visible role within the T&W division is about driving and sustaining excellence in the supply of raw materials and intermediates to manufacturing sites with the supply of finished products to customers. Reporting into the Global Head of Supply you will cover a global scope based in Budapest. You will collaborate with regional supply teams in the business regional / global supply teams in GBS Solution Excellence teams Global Procurement and other supply chain functions.
You will:
- Lead deployment of supply-relevant global strategic and transformative business projects in collaboration with other departments where relevant
- Guide CI programs to improve working capital costs supply risk mitigation agility and service following organisational strategy and goals
- Be a liaison between regional supply teams and global F&F project teams always advocating for the divisions overall busi-ness interests
- Work with Global Analytics to promote Indicator dashboards and reports related to Supply
- Provide functional guidance to ensure regional and GBS supply teams to achieve their supply performance targets
- Support supply crisis mitigation discussions and actions in collaboration with Global Procurement and other supply chain functions
You:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Professional Experience
- At least 5 years supply chain planning experience in Flavours Fragrances Natural Ingredients or related products at least 2 of those years in an operational planning role
- Project management experience
- Hands-on experience in all of the following IT platforms: SAP ECC SAP IBP SAP BI
- Supply management knowledge: S&OP inventory capacity planning parameters network design
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English
- APCIS CSCP and/or CPIM certification
- Data collection manipulation and analytic skills
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others through formal and informal channels
- Experience aggregating data in Excel and other data management tools
