Global Mobility Specialist Your future position

In this position you will drive the delivery of Givaudans Global Mobility programs and international assignment processes by providing expert case management stakeholder support vendor coordination and operational excellence throughout the employee mobility lifecycle.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure overall compliance with Company policies and act as the first escalation point for mobility cases policy exceptions and complex stakeholder queries.

  • Act as liaison between the Global Mobility CoE GBS teams assignees managers HR stakeholders and external service providers ensuring collaboration throughout the assignment lifecycle.

  • Communicate Global Mobility policies processes and assignment-related requirements to employees and HR stakeholders providing guidance and support on both standard and complex mobility situations.

  • Manage international assignment and relocation cases from initiation through completion providing proactive operational support to Regional Mobility Managers and ensuring a positive employee experience.

  • Manage assignment agreements and related documentation processes including stakeholder communication signature collection maintenance of mobility data and global tax compliance records.

  • Coordinate the implementation and termination of international assignment packages and support external vendors including immigration relocation and other mobility service providers.

  • Manage the financial and administrative aspects of assignments including currency protection calculations payroll updates payment processes and quarterly payroll audits.

  • Deliver mobility reporting analytics payment tracking and data management activities and contribute to budgeting and cost monitoring related to assignment programs

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees managers HR teams Regional Mobility Managers and external vendors to support successful mobility outcomes.

  • Support Global Mobility CoE initiatives process improvement efforts mobility related projects and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Your profile:

  • College or University degree

  • 4 year experience in global mobility possibly at a multicultural company and international HR environment

  • Fluency in English

  • French or any other language is good to have

  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Windows Word Excel SuccessFactors)

  • Solid understanding of international assignment management practices

  • Strong knowledge of tax equalization principles social security regulations and international mobility processes

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
