As a Global Master Data Coordinator you willcreate andmaintainmaster data and monitorprocessestoidentifypotential delays. You will extractanalyzeand mass-load master data in our core systems. You will support continuous improvementcontributestoimproveservice levels in the business by making master data available.

In this exciting role you will:

Data Management

• Master data creation and maintenance activities in the given service level Information Management daily activities execution in the given service level

• Master data service requests execution of reports and mass uploads

• Issue resolution requests execution related Data Management

• Run proactive monitoring and follow-up on activities related to the expected activities

• Support andadvisethe business in master data management related matters

• Perform process- and data quality-analysis and correction activities

• Perform process- and quality-analysis on a global scope which is discussed with the EDM Managers

• Control global task assignment to balance resources according to incoming requests

• Agree on functional topics (master data issues solutions) with the other regional team leaders and managers

Process related activities

• Contribute to Master Data Projects and Change Requests

• Perform root cause analysis and provide solution

• Propose process improvements idea management

• Support projects and data cleansing activities

• Task coordination activities following the requirements of Team Lead

• Maintain documentations

People collaboration

• Be a contact person for important stakeholders for operational topics

• Build constructive relationships with teams and partners

• Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or by email

• Mentor the new team members

• Implement new processes and deliver training to the team.

Your professional profile includes:

• 3 years of relevant experience infunction-specific role or equivalent.

• University degree in Chemistry orpreviouschemistry knowledge.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

• Good working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems

• Advanced MS excel (canmaintaincomplex spreadsheets)

• Strong numeracy and administration skills

• Experience working in a shared service environment is a plus
