Overall mission:
The Global EHS CoE PMO Lead is accountable for driving the Global EHS Risk Management Governance encompassing risk identification assessment mitigation and mitigation assurance. The role ensures robust data collection - KPI monitoring and delivers clear consistent reporting to senior leadership.
The position drives all EHS CoE programs and promotes project management maturity across the EHS CoE organization. Global EHS CoE PMO lead also serves as project manager for selected technical EHS CoE initiatives ensuring timely and effective addition Global EHS CoE PMO lead is responsible to manage Learning From Events process ensuring Plan-Do-Check-Act and strengthening LFE maturity across the organisation
Stakeholders: EHS Operations GBS CoE Commercial FC&A Independent Entities Global Regional and Local Management and Givaudan Senior Leadership.
Main responsibilities
People Management
Functional Management
- Periodic data collection and KPI monitoring on risk identification evaluation and prioritization of shortterm control measures while investing in sustainable longterm mitigation. Establishment of streamlined reporting on the foundational elements of the EHS Risk Management Governance. Monitoring and assurance of sustained risk mitigation performance.
- Plan: Establishing the LFE Strategy ensuring Objectives & Scope create structured reporting systems define roles Do: Implementation of LFE actions support thorough investigations and communicate lessons Check: Monitoring and Auditing track action effectiveness and measure maturity Act: standardizing improvements and Management Review
- Managing efficiency and consistency across EHS CoE Global Programs and Projects.
- Liaising with the Global CAPEX PMO Regional Engineering Business Partners and Project Managers to ensure alignment and maintenance of shared standards and practices.
- Facilitating the resolution of projectrelated issues and escalations within the EHS CoE community.
- Conducting market research on engineering and EHS suppliers coordinating contract evaluation with IM&S and supporting RFP/RFQ preparation.
- Owning and maintaining the EHS PM Office (central knowledge base) with its standards guidelines tools and templates ensuring continuous improvement of existing practices.
- Designing and delivering assessments development plans training courses mentoring and coaching as well as PM/PfM support services.
- Partner effectively with leadership teams and key stakeholders across functions and geographies to align priorities provide transparency on progress and ensure consistent governance and reporting expectations.
- Support the Global Head of EHS CoE by delivering insights consolidated data and leadershiplevel reports that drive decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
