As an IM&S R&F Operational Buyer Providing you willfocuson assigned vendors orcategorieand youwill beaccountable and responsible for the entire Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F) processing.
You will manageindirect materials and services (IM&S) availability and resolve plan/region specific issues to ensure security of supply.
Release Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfillment instructions defined by the global Category Managers and within quality and time constraints
Track and follow upclosely PurchaseOrderdeliveries toensure security of supply
Manage import licenses and end-use certificates for concerned materials
Manage all incoming PTP related user and vendor queries via relevant communication channels (phone e-mail instant messaging tool service management tool)
Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution in line with service levels and Customer satisfaction
Take ownership and coordinate issue resolution across streams ifrequired
Provide guidance to users for all systems (SAP SRM service management tool)
Support users with regards to workflows and approvals
Support PO follow-up
Support manager with task allocation KPI reporting and operationalreview
Mentoring and professionally supporting the new joiners and team members
College or University degree
Fluent in German and English
1-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement or Customer Service within an international environment
Broad knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SRM FI PM MM) Procurement tools (Catalogue) and workflows advanced knowledge of MS Office Ariba
Broad understanding of business and PTP policiesprocessand work instructions
Strong service management and communication skills
Good data entry/ typing speed
Reporting experience

Proactive problem solver
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
