The Continuous Improvement Program Manager is responsible for managing and spreading continuous improvement know-how in the respective unit as well as building the required CI capabilities through training coaching and certification. The CI Program Manager supports all the streams in the delivery center to identify and manage improvement initiatives to deliver business impact to meet the targets as well as provide CI maturity visibility through assessments.
In this exciting role you will:
Business Alignment
Facilitatethe design of the DC and delivery teams strategies while ensuringthe alignmentfrom Global Regional and Functional levels. This includes identification selection prioritization of improvement initiatives and resource allocation & execution timeline.
Elaborate the continuous improvement roadmap at the DC level and oversee and execute related tactical and operational plans to meet localobjectives.
People engagement Capability Building (including problem solving)
Identifyemployees learning needs and develop a CI training plan and coordinate with HR (incl. coaching and mentoring) for all CI Methodologies
Introduce and/or coach the Visual Performance Management System as a universal practice for everyone to manage performance for all departments
Set up DC CI capability building process including certification and recognition
Mentor/Coach Belts Problem Solving Idea Management and manage the certification and recognition events
Execute the CI Champion Program
Maintaintimelycommunication in the online and offline space about CI achievement to the Budapest DC audience
Continuous Improvement Implementation Check (CIIC)
Enable the leadership team to achieve its roadmap & results through site CIIC implementation
Support the CIIC improvement plan and drive follow-up together with the leadership team
Business Impact
Manage the pipeline of improvement projects to deliver impact at the DC level
Drive implementation progress of approved CI projects/programsmonitoringresource plans project teamaccountabilities change requests deadlines milestones etc. and manage updates to stakeholders.
Responsible for the consolidation of the financial and non-financial benefits in the Budapest DC
Your professional profile includes:
A university degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) certification; Black Belt preferred.
710 years of overall professional experience including at least 3 years in a Lean Six Sigma implementation or continuous improvement role.
Demonstrated experience in people management with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets effectively.
A proventrack recordof leading improvement projects including training coaching and performance assessment.
Experience in Project and Change Management methodologies.
Strong competencies in driving results decision quality and customer focus.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application in process improvement
