German-Language Client Service Representative

Salary: 1400 gross per 14 month bonuses full relocation package (2 weeks hotel accommodation flight ticket airport pick up and real estate agency fee coverage)
Work Model: On-site
Working schedule: Rotating shifts 5 days/week-8 hours/day

You will assist customers with product technical delivery and refund inquiries across phone email and chat.

• Provide professional customer and after-sales support.
• Troubleshoot product and technical issues.
• Handle delivery refund and product-related inquiries.
• Record and manage customer cases accurately.
• Provide clear solution-focused assistance.
• Support additional markets and channels when required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Fluent in German with at leastC1 proficiency
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Customer-oriented professional and solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment

• 1400 gross monthly salary per 14 months
• Monthly productivity bonus of up to 250 based on target achievement
• Transportation bonus of up to 100 per month proportional to on-site working days after training
