To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Facilities Manager located in Budapest Hungary.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for the maintenance of office manufacturing warehouse truck yards parking and landscaped areas and equipment and housekeeping of the aforementioned facilities layouts arrangements as required by business
• Identify and supervise implementation of energy saving projects cost reduction and cost avoidance projects
• Coordinate manage and direct the design planning construction and alteration of building and building structures equipment machinery - and other facilities infrastructures
• Plan budget and schedule various facilities modifications including cost estimates bid sheets layouts and contracts for construction and rentals
• Responsible for tracking performance over the lifetime of HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) systems lighting and all other facility equipment.
• Act as liaison to public utility environmental and energy agencies
• Inspect plant and evaluate use of space and facilities
• Responsible for the building regulatory compliance

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• 7-10 years of experience in Facilities or any related field
• 3-5 years of experience in managerial level position
• Experience in leading Facility services ideally in a manufacturing environment (with a population not less than 500 employees)
• Bachelors degree preferably in a technical field (Electrical Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering)
• Negotiation level of English and fluency in Hungarian
• Strong analytical & decision making skills
• Excellent people and process management skills
