We are seeking a highly organizedproactiveand discreet Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative and coordination support to three Vice Presidents and two Associate Vice Presidents across multiple functions and geographies. Based in Budapest Hungary this role requires fluent German and English communication skills strong executive presence advanced prioritizationcapabilitiesand the ability tooperateeffectively in a fast-paced international environment.

The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars coordinate domestic and international travel organize executive meetings and events prepare agendas and materials document meeting notes and follow up on key actions support expense management and act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a high degree of confidentiality soundjudgmentand the ability toanticipateexecutive needs while balancing competing priorities across multiple senior leaders.

Your Impact:

  • Diary Management: Proactively manage andmaintaincomplex calendars for executive leaders management. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings appointments and events considering time zones and availability. Proactive diary management for Vice President with regular reviews. Scheduling meetings (monthly and ad-hoc) making changes when conflicts appear.

  • Travel Management: Organize travel bookings including but not limited to airplane train rental cars and hotel arrangements. Ensure that bookings are compliant with AGCO Travel Policy. Bookings areaccurateand updated itineraries included inOutlookcalendar. Manage travel expenses of Vice President in the relevant systems

  • Arranging and Managing Meetings: Meeting organization including meeting room hotel transportation bookings organization of meeting catering etc. Send out invitations to meetings in time to all participants and update meeting agenda. Meeting catering:be responsible forcaterings of meeting of Vice Presidents and their teams. Prepare presentations for meetings andconsolidatepresentations. Prepare agendas with the Vice President and his team for meetings. Coordinate and organize events asrequired.

  • General Administration Distribution Management. Collect signature (Docusign or via email) for key dealer contracts based on the legal entity. setup and signatory authority and store the documents for compliance. Produce purchase orders and payment requests as and whenrequiredaccording to AGCO Policies. Maintain a budget tracking summary. Implement andmaintainan efficient filing system for the Vice Presidents

  • Ability to manage highly confidential information. Approval of travel expenses vacation approval as delegated by Vice President. The above list is not exhaustive and could be adaptedupdatedand/or changed on an as needed basis.

Your Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • 5 years of experience in executive administrative support preferably supporting multiple senior leaders in a multinational organization.

  • Experience supporting VP-level Associate VP-level or equivalent senior leadership stakeholders. Fluent German and English both written and spoken arerequired.

  • Hungarian or other European language skills are an advantage. Strong calendar travel meetingexpenseand document management skills.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Outlook Teams WordExceland PowerPoint. High level of confidentiality discretion professionaljudgmentand stakeholder management capability.

Your Workplace:

This role follows AGCOsonsitework model with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 2 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance HR IT Purchasing Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurantscafésandshopping centersare alsolocatedaround the office.
