Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the development implementation and continuous improvement of EHS policies procedures and programs
- Monitor compliance with local regional and company EHS regulations and standards
- Conduct risk assessments workplace inspections and audits and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintains the ISO 14001 system
- Deliver EHS training and awareness initiatives to empower employees at all levels
- Maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to EHS activities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure safe operating practices and environmental stewardship
- Support emergency preparedness planning and response activities

For This Role You Will Need:
- Experience in environmental engineering
- Knowledge of applicable environmental regulations and standards
- Ability to identify risks and implement practical effective solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in both English and Hungarian
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in documenting reporting and analyzing EHS data
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Professional certification in EHS or a related discipline (Environmental Engineer primarily)
- Experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial environments
- Familiarity with ISO14001 EMS standard
- Experience delivering training or facilitating workshops
- Knowledge of environmental management and sustainability practices
