We are building a talent pool for future opportunities within our Portfolio Administration team. As an Entry Level Property Helpdesk team member you will support the day-to-day coordination of property-related enquiries maintenance requests and administrative tasks while working with clients landlords surveyors and facilities management providers.
Job Description
What You Could Be Doing
- Handling property-related enquiries and maintenance requests
- Updating information and records in internal systems
- Communicating with landlords tenants and suppliers
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting
What Were Looking For
- Good English communication skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in administration customer service or helpdesk roles
- Experience working with data or documentation
