Your contribution to something big: As developer responsible for power semiconductors modules based on MOSFET IGBT or SiC Technology Ensure electrical performance of power components from 100W up to 200kW for automotive applications such as power modules for (hybrid) electric cars Responsible for electrical (static & dynamic) and thermal (Zth) characterization of the power modules Provide development reports and power module date sheets based on the characterization results Responsible for measurement automation and methodology

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you Degree in Electrical Engineering Work experience in the areas of semiconductor testing or hardware development or power semiconductor development or similar is beneficial Experience in electrical laboratory is beneficial Experience with Matlab and/or LabView (or software development) are beneficial Fluent English communication and presentation skills German is beneficial Self-motivated structured analytical team player with strong desire for continuous learning
