We are looking for an experienced Developer to join our team on an outsourcing basis. You will take ownership of designing developing and maintaining high-performance back-end systems ensuring they are scalable secure and optimized for fintech use cases. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering reliable solutions from the ground up. This role requires strong coding skills and a commitment to code quality at scale.

About the Project
A modular white-label fintech platform built on microservices architecture designed for financial institutions such as challenger banks PSPs and trading and payment platforms. The platform is cloud-agnostic by design and currently runs on AWS using Core PostgreSQL gRPC and RabbitMQ (MassTransit). The team is at the start of the development process with product quality as the top priority building an effective agile solution.

Current use cases include:
A financial platform for a regulated institution with EMI and VASP licenses in the Philippines combining digital banking and cryptocurrency services custodian wallets liquidity management crypto transfers KYT trading (matching engine) core banking card issuing and payment processing.

A unified wealth platform combining banking payments digital assets and institutional-grade yield in a single regulated ecosystem non-custodial wallets a smart-contract vault engine investment and yield accrual and card transaction processing

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain new features and enhancements for back-end systems.
Resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Provide accurate task estimations and contribute to project planning.
Conduct technical investigations and propose effective solutions.
Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best engineering practices.

Required Skills
At least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
Extensive hands-on experience / C# development.
Good expertise in web architecture microservices REST APIs and asynchronous workflows.
Deep knowledge of software design principles and patterns (SOLID YAGNI Clean Code).
Solid experience with SQL and EF Core.
Database experience: PostgreSQL (SQL) Redis (NoSQL).
Ability to analyze decompose estimate and deliver complex tasks.
Proven ability to write clean maintainable and testable code.

Nice to Have
Practical understanding of Kubernetes for deploying scaling and managing containerized applications in production.
Experience with AWS.
Experience with banking or fintech projects.
Experience working with the gRPC protocol.
Good communication skills and ability to mentor less experienced developers.
