As our new DE&I Lead Specialist you will be driving the end-to-end rollout of Grundfoss new company-wide second-generation DE&I strategy translating it into tangible actions across every level of the organization. Youll be part of a supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth well-being and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion team youll create impact by leading a company-wide initiative that embeds inclusion into how Grundfos operates ensuring our DE&I strategy connects meaningfully to business priorities and reaches every corner of the organization.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead the rollout of the new strategic framework managing timelines milestones and deliverables from strategy to execution
• Lead stakeholder alignment and engagement at all organizational levels influencing without formal authority to drive adoption and commitment
• Design and deliver the communication of the framework that builds awareness engagement and ownership across the organization
• Connect DE&I priorities to broader business objectives ensuring the strategy is embedded into everyday ways of working rather than a standalone initiative
• Contribute to ongoing initiatives and strengthen the impact of our internal networks and communities

• Fluent English and experience creating engaging communication for employees from a wide range of backgrounds
• Demonstrated understanding of how DE&I connects to and supports business strategy
