As an Order Management Specialist youll join our Laboratory Chemicals Customer Operations team supporting customers across the Benelux region from our Budapest Shared Service Center.
Youll manage customer orders from order entry through to delivery ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time while providing outstanding customer support throughout the order lifecycle. Working closely with Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Finance youll help resolve order-related issues and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Service Order Management Logistics Sales Support or Customer Operations who enjoys working in an international collaborative environment.

What Youll Do
Manage customer orders throughout the entire order fulfillment lifecycle.
Process new orders order changes and customer master data requests.
Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Respond to customer enquiries related to orders deliveries shipments and product availability (primarily via email with occasional phone support).
Coordinate with Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Finance to resolve order-related issues.
Prepare quotations and support complaint resolution.
Maintain accurate customer and transactional data in line with company policies.
Escalate complex cases where appropriate while taking ownership through to resolution.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
What Were Looking For
Fluency in English both written and spoken (Dutch knowledge is considered an advantage)
Around 2 years of experience in Customer Service Order Management Customer Operations Logistics Sales Support or a similar office-based role.
Experience working within a multinational or Shared Services environment is an advantage.
Experience managing customer orders or supporting end-to-end order fulfillment processes.
Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Experience with SAP Oracle or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Comfortable collaborating with international cross-functional teams.
