As an Order Management Specialist you will support customers across the DACH region (Germany Austria and Switzerland) by helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently throughout the order lifecycle.

This role combines order management and customer support activities with a strong focus on order entry order modifications order cancellations quotations account maintenance and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with Sales Finance Warehouse and Customer Service teams you will help ensure smooth order fulfilment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service quality.

What Youll Do

  • Process customer orders including order entry modifications cancellations and updates.

  • Support order-related inquiries and provide updates regarding order status and deliveries.

  • Assist with customer account creation maintenance and data management activities.

  • Monitor and follow up on order holds to ensure timely resolution.

  • Support quotation-related activities and coordinate with internal stakeholders when required.

  • Maintain accurate customer and order information across multiple systems.

  • Collaborate with Sales Finance Warehouse and Customer Service teams to support customer needs.

  • Work with Oracle E1 SAP Salesforce Genesys and Microsoft Office tools as part of your daily activities.

  • Support reporting and administrative activities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

  • Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives when opportunities arise.

What Were Looking For

  • German language skills (B2 level) and English language skills (C1 level) both written and spoken.

  • Previous relevant experience in customer service customer support order management customer operations administration sales support or another customer-facing environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to investigate and resolve issues.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with colleagues across different functions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP Oracle Salesforce Genesys or similar systems.

  • Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.

  • German-speaking customer support or order management experience.

  • Basic Excel reporting skills.

We also welcome candidates with transferable experience from other fast-paced customer-facing environments who can demonstrate strong attention to detail learning agility and a customer-focused mindset.

A Bachelors degree is preferred; however candidates with relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
