We are looking for a customer planner to join the distribution team of our supply chain area!Job Description:
What tasks can you expect
- Creating shipping documentation and handling deliveries to customers
- Daily analysis of orders
- Preparing reports statements and calculations
- Participating in new projects
- Collaborating with other departments of the organization
- Managing deliveries to customers
- Daily interdepartmental meetings
- Daily administration with the QAD enterprise management system
- Creating packaging processes with customers/suppliers
- Creating packaging instructions for external and internal customers/suppliers
- Optimizing existing packaging solutions
- Managing packaging inventory
Required Skills and Education
- Experience in a similar role in logistics planning (automotive / manufacturing environment)
- Communicative English language skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of enterprise management systems (knowledge of QAD is a particular advantage) and confident use of MS Office programs
