About the role
A Customer Support Representative (Croatian/Serbian) role with a confidential global technology client focused on technical support troubleshooting and customer service for consumer electronic devices. our client.
What we are looking for
- Native or fluent Croatian or Serbian (C1/C2) English B2 Interest in technology
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Serbian candidates: valid Hungarian work and residence permit required
Salary
around (gross) 500.000 HUF (1400 EUR) with a language and performance bonus included (gross)
