Where Youll Make a Difference

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the EMEA Credit Control & Collections team ensuring service excellence and achievement of key performance indicators.

• Drive cash collection performance reduce overdue receivables and support the achievement of bad debt and order hold targets.

• Monitor team performance through defined metrics and implement action plans to continuously improve operational results.

• Foster strong partnerships with Business Credit Commercial Customer Service and Finance teams to proactively resolve issues and maximize collection effectiveness.

• Facilitate regular reviews with senior stakeholders to analyze Accounts Receivable balances identify risks and develop cross-functional action plans.

• Drive continuous process improvement and standardization initiatives to optimize resource utilization efficiency and customer experience.

• Proactively identify assess escalate and mitigate operational financial and performance risks impacting business outcomes.

• Lead recruitment onboarding coaching and development activities while fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and audit requirements supporting internal and external audits through accurate documentation and timely responses.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in Credit Control Collections Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash functions within a multinational environment.

• Previous people leadership experience including team development performance management and employee engagement.

• Strong understanding of credit risk management collection strategies and Accounts Receivable processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across Finance Commercial Customer Service and Credit functions.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to risk management.

• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems and reporting tools.

• Fluent English language skills both written and verbal.

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience leading transformation centralization or shared services initiatives.

• Knowledge of SAP or other large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning platforms.

• Continuous improvement mindset with experience using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
