Roche is a stable and innovative biotechnological company offering exceptional career paths and great benefits for fresh graduates and outstanding professionals. We are now looking for a motivated Business Operations Intern to join our Roche Hungary Diagnostics Division.
As a member of the Commercial Department you will play a key role in supporting our daily administrative and operational workflows. Your primary focus will be coordinating diabetes product shipments and managing sensitive documentation while also providing cross-functional administrative support to various business units within our Diagnostics Division including for example Logistics Customer Support and Office Administration.
- Logistics & Shipping Coordination: Organizing and preparing diabetes product dispatches to be sent out via GLS courier services.
- Data Administration: Registering tracking and maintaining product shipment data accurately in Excel spreadsheets.
- Compliance Support: Scanning archiving and administering GDPR declaration forms ensuring data privacy guidelines are strictly followed.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Providing ad-hoc administrative and operational assistance to other departments such as Logistics Customer Support Office Administration or other business teams.
- Ongoing Studies: You have an active student status at a Hungarian university.
- Availability: You are available to work 20 hours per week. The work should be performed in blocks of minimum 4-5 hours per day on preferred days aligned with both your university timetable and our business needs.
- Timeline: You can start in August or September 2026 and you are available until at least March 31 2027 (with a possibility of extension).
- Language Skills: You have at least an intermediate level of English knowledge alongside fluent Hungarian.

- You are highly reliable precise and pay great attention to detail when handling administrative and repetitive tasks.
- You can manage confidential documentation with a high level of responsibility and accuracy.
- You possess customer focus good communication and organizational/planning skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- You have an ability to collaborate effectively and solve emerging problems.
- You have good digital navigation skills and a firm confident knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable professional experience in a market-leading Healthcare & Diagnostics sector
