Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and develop the Administration team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
  • Establish review update and enforce company procedures internal policies and control mechanisms.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement automation and standardization.
  • Develop maintain and enhance KPI frameworks dashboards and performance reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular management reports and present business insights to key stakeholders.
  • Review on a daily basis the admin backlog and initiate action for the reduction.
  • Oversee the administration and validation of shipping and transportation documentation.
  • Supervise contract administration and invoicing process and related administrative activities to ensure accuracy compliance and timely execution.
  • Support and coordinate IFRS-based month-end closing activities in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen process controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and audit standards.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business administration finance operations or a similar function.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
  • Strong understanding of business processes internal controls and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in reporting data analysis and KPI management.
  • Exposure to financial administration and month-end closing activities.
  • Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage.
