Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Analyst to join our Total Rewards team.

In this role you will be responsible for executing end-to-end administration operational governance and regulatory compliance for international benefit plans across the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

You will join a collaborative regional Total Rewards team dedicated to balancing global corporate strategy with local relevance to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

What Youll Do

In this role you will:

  • Execute end-to-end administration for benefit plansincluding vendor implementation annual open enrollments billing processing and routine data quality assuranceto deliver seamless operational support and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with external benefit vendors the Benefits Center of Excellence Total Rewards peers and regional Human Resources teams to monitor vendor performance manage billing and resolve complex employee escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and paid-time-off programs by maintaining an updated compliance matrix and audit-ready documentation across the region.

What Youll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Progressive international benefits administration experience in the Europe Middle East and Africa region.
  • Strong knowledge of complex data set analysis census file management and practical experience with Human Resources management platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving organizational agility and continuous process improvement within a matrixed corporate environment.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
