We are looking for an Air Operations Agent to join our Air team in this role you will be the point of reference for customers and will ensure the end-to-end carrier management for airfreight operations from the first contact to the delivery of the goods in compliance with all company procedures.

Main tasks

• Manages the export and import air shipments;
• Manages capacity balancing the carrier mix;
• Maintains relationships with the Air team Maersk offices at destination customers carriers and suppliers;
• Manages the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing
• Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues both in English and in Hungarian
• Data processing and reports

We are looking for:

• Experience in managing import /export airfreight operations
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills;
• Detail orientation and hands-on approach;
• Problem solving skills willing to learn and highly responsible;

Location: The role is based in Budapest office.
