Finishing Works Supervisor Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Works Supervisor / Foreman to oversee finishing activities for residential and interior fit-out projects in Guinea West Africa.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in tile installation drywall/gypsum works painting and general finishing works with the ability to supervise workers and ensure quality productivity and timely completion of site activities.

• Supervise and coordinate daily finishing works at the project site.
  
• Plan and allocate work to tile setters drywall/gypsum installers painters and other finishing workers.
  
• Monitor the quality of tile drywall ceiling painting and other finishing works.
  
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings specifications and required standards.
  
• Check surface preparation alignment levels finishing and workmanship.
  
• Coordinate with the Project Manager Site Supervisors and other trades.
  
• Monitor daily manpower productivity and work progress.
  
• Identify and resolve site-level finishing issues.
  
• Ensure proper use and handling of materials tools and equipment.
  
• Minimize material wastage and maintain good housekeeping at the worksite.
  
• Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and instructions.
  
• Report daily progress and any technical or manpower issues to management.
  
• Lead the finishing team and ensure projects are completed within the required schedule.
  

Candidates who have worked on residential buildings villas hotels commercial buildings or interior fit-out projects and have experience supervising multiple finishing trades are preferred.
