Finance Specialist

The Finance Specialist is responsible for managing financial operations ensuring accurate financial reporting monitoring budgets supporting audits and maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and good communication in English both written and spoken.

Prepare and maintain financial records reports and statements.

Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.

Support internal and external audits.

Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.

Prepare payroll support documentation when required.

Monitor cash flow and company expenditures.

Coordinate with suppliers clients and financial institutions.

Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.

Assist in improving financial procedures and internal controls.

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.

English is important: Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
