- Previous experience as a Temporary QA SME Supervisor or Team Lead is a plus.
- Strong leadership communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate guide and support team members.
- Proactive accountable and team-oriented.
- Ability to monitor and support team performance and KPIs.
- Schedule flexibility.
