Collections Process Lead
Job Summary
Were looking foranAccounts Receivable & Collections Team Leadto lead ourteam and driveoperational excellencein accounts receivable collections and customerservice.
If you haveexperience inAccounts Receivable Collections and team leadership and youre passionate about coaching employees improving processes and delivering results.
Minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Receivable Collections Customer Service
Operations or a related business function.
Previous experience leading supervising or coordinating a team in a fast-paced operational
environment.
Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes collection procedures aging reports
payment arrangements and customer account management.
Strong leadership coaching and employee development skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks manage competing deadlines and make sound operational
decisions.
Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with all levels of the
organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word along with the ability to quickly
learn internal systems.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive
situations professionally.
Demonstrated sense of urgency ownership reliability and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience within an Accounts Receivable or Collections department.
Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
Experience working with performance metrics quality assurance programs coaching and
employee performance management.
Experience with payment processing reconciliation and financial operations.
