Job Summary

Triumph Group joins the ranks of global leaders in the lingerie sector with a multi-facetted product palette that is sold in more than 80 countries from Norway to Morocco and from Chile to Australia. This is taken care of by around 20000 wholesale customers with whom Triumph has traditionally had close relations in addition to a dense network of more than 2300 controlled points of sale which are operated both by partners and by Triumph itself. Finance Department for our office in Athens is looking for an

CtC Accountant (f/m/d) (100%)

The position is responsible for parts of the CtC processes and providing assistance to the Head of CtC.

The position is a full-time on-site role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Posting cash bank and Cheques-BOE transactions
  • Monitoring and clearing customer receipts against invoices
  • Collaborating with Customer Service and Sales Representatives for order credit release
  • Communicating with wholesale customers regarding collections and invoice clearing
  • Issuing credit notes (discounts and adjustments)
  • Performing daily reconciliations of retail stores (cash & credit card transactions)
  • Managing credit control and supporting collection processes
  • Physically process with local banks for cheques-BOE.
  • My-data platform for e-invoices

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience as an CtC Accountant
  • Fluent in English
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); Excel at advanced level
  • Experience and skilled in SAP (FEBA cheques SAP add-on etc)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organized
  • Team player
  • Solutions oriented mindset
