Main Duties

Prepare and maintain project timelines delivery plans and sprint plans.
Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams clients vendors and management.
Collect analyze and document business and technical requirements.
Break down requirements into actionable tasks for development and QA teams.
Follow up on task progress blockers dependencies and delivery commitments.
Coordinate testing phases bug tracking issue prioritization and release readiness.
Prepare regular project status updates and management reports.
Ensure that project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
Support change request evaluation impact analysis and scope control.
Coordinate communication between product engineering QA support and business teams.
Assist in defining delivery KPIs team performance indicators and process improvements.

Requirements

2 years of experience in project management technical project coordination product delivery or a similar role.
Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
Previous experience working with software development teams.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers QA engineers and business stakeholders.
Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira Confluence Trello Asana ClickUp or similar.
Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
