Technical Coordinator Athens (Urgent / 3-Month Contract)
Excis is a leading global IT support company. Were seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support our global IT field service operations.
Location: Athens Greece (On-site Sofias GR-10674)
Contract: 3 months (1 July 30 Aug 2026) Full-time direct employment
Requirement: EU citizen with valid passport
What Youll Do
- Oversee and coordinate technical tasks for global field service operations
- Handle P2 priority tickets directly collaborate with RTO team via Skype/Teams
- Provide remote support via phone calls & remote desktop tools
- Dispatch tickets from ICT 2 REP queue to appropriate groups
- Manage returning ServiceNow tickets (close or reassign)
- Reduce backlog of unresolved support tickets
- Act as service desk backup during call volume spikes (priority window: 911 AM)
Requirements
- 23 years of desktop support / IT helpdesk experience
- Fluent Greek & English (C2/C1)
- Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows O365 remote tools)
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Excellent people skills & team collaboration
Prerequisites
- EU citizenship valid passport
- Clean criminal & background check
- Available to start 25 May
