Talent Acquisition Consultant

Optimal is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with a commercial mindset enjoying both the challenge of identifying top talent and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle across various industries and functions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support throughout the hiring process
• Support business development activities through market mapping networking referrals social media engagement and participation in events
• Stay informed on market trends talent availability and industry developments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies tools and client deliverables
  

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment Executive Search or a related field
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related discipline
• Experience managing recruitment projects and interacting directly with clients and candidates
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development activities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Greek and English
