Swedish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Remote In Greece

• Base Salary: 1300 gross/month
• Monthly Bonus: Earn up to an additional 200/month performance bonus

As the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers you will deliver top-tier support via phone and email:

• Help customers with product orders deliveries payments and returns
• Resolve inquiries regarding missing parcels article reclamations and price adjustments
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through professional friendly service
• Work standard rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday through Friday (with occasional weekend shifts)

• Languages: Native-level or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) C1 English (for team communication and training)
• Skills: Strong communication skills and comfort using standard computer tools
• Experience: No prior experience required! Backgrounds in retail e-commerce or customer service are a plus but full training is provided.
