About the Role

We are looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a team supporting customers of a world-renowned airline.

As a Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for high-value individual customers assisting with bookings flight information complaints special requests and other travel-related inquiries.

You will provide both presales and after-sales support using advanced booking and customer management systems. Full training will be provided on essential tools including Amadeus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from individual customers
  • Assist with bookings itineraries pricing flight rules and general travel inquiries
  • Provide comprehensive presales and after-sales customer support
  • Handle ticket changes refunds seat selections meal requests and flight information
  • Assist customers during airport or flight disruptions and strikes
  • Provide special assistance for situations such as health-related requirements or unaccompanied minors
  • Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions
  • Use booking and customer management systems efficiently
  • Work with the Amadeus booking system following comprehensive training
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and accuracy
Requirements
  • Native-level or C1 Swedish
  • B2 English for training and use of internal systems
  • High school diploma plus at least 6 months of customer care experience or a college degree
  • Previous experience in airline travel or hospitality is a significant advantage
  • Experience with booking systems such as Amadeus is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 100% accuracy
