Looking for an international opportunity in customer service Join the automotive industry and help drivers get back on the road by coordinating assistance and resolving customer concerns.
Your role
- Handle customer calls and emails regarding vehicle breakdowns
- Arrange roadside assistance repairs and towing services
- Manage customer cases and update information in internal systems
- Respond to service enquiries and complaints
What were looking for
- Czech at C1 level or above
- English at B2 level or above
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including occasional weekends and night shifts
- Availability to work remotely from home
