Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent – Live and Work in Greece

We are looking for Spanish speaking Customer Support Agents to support customers of an automotive brand.

About the role

You will help customers by phone and email with roadside assistance general enquiries and digital services. Some customers may be in stressful situations so listening carefully staying calm and finding solutions are important parts of the role.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails.
• Arrange support for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns.
• Help with app access account activation and other digital services.
• Answer questions about warranties maintenance appointments and dealerships.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and refer more complex cases to the relevant team.

Position details

• Location: Athens Greece.
• Work model: Remote from Athens for candidates relocating to Greece. Occasional office visits may be required.
• Salary: 1045.72 gross per month.
• Performance bonus: Up to 150 subject to target achievement.
• Contract: 8 months.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.

Relocation support

• Flight ticket from within the EU.
• Two weeks of hotel accommodation.
• Airport pickup.
• Real estate agency fee covered to help you find accommodation.

What we are looking for

• Spanish at C1 level or above.
• English at B2 level or above for training and daily operations.
• Good computer skills and confidence using mobile apps.
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Availability to work rotating shifts including nights and occasional weekends.

Previous customer support experience is welcome but it is not essential.

Training and ongoing support are provided. A driving licence would be an advantage.
