• Inbound Customer Care: Assist Spanish-speaking customers with order tracking product inquiries billing questions and account settings.
  
• Problem Resolution: Investigate customer concerns process returns or refunds and deliver effective first-contact resolution with professional empathy.
  
• Technical Guidance: Guide users step-by-step through platform navigation app settings and basic product troubleshooting.
  
• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain an approachable helpful and high-quality tone that aligns with international brand standards.
  
• CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions resolution steps and service tickets using enterprise support software.
  

• Language: Native or C2-level Spanish and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
  
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
