Job Summary
Keep in mind this position offers a 1-year limited contract.
- Analyze market trends competitor service strategies and customer needs to provide structured insights to the SCM organization
- Support cost structure analysis and pricing optimization in collaboration with Finance for service proposals
- Contribute to pre-tender clarifications and prepare competitive service proposals aligned with Greek Sales teams
- Prepare and review standard service agreements supporting negotiations and ensuring compliance and smooth handover
- Manage and create direct service offers in CRM including spare parts warranty extensions training and site visits
- Act as first point of contact for Greek customers on non-LTSA service requests in coordination with the SCS team
- A degree in Business with affinity to energy or technology or an Engineering background with strong commercial focus
- Around 3 years of experience in a similar commercial service or technical role
- Greek and English at C1 level for effective collaboration and communication
- Self-motivated performance-driven mindset with strong ownership attitude
- Analytical and structured working style with attention to detail
- Proactive dynamic personality with a solution-oriented and team-focused approach
