Lets start with the role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Visual Designer to join our Product Design team and contribute to building a world-class visual experience seen and used by millions of customers daily. You will own the creation and delivery of static and animated assets for product surfaces and in-app placements maintain guidelines that empower local market teams and lead asset governance including game thumbnail review and creation. Youll coordinate with external creative partners and play an active role in growing the next generation of designers through mentoring. What youll do:

• You will design and deliver static and animated visual assets for product surfaces and in-app placements across multiple markets balancing speed and quality.
• You will own visual guidelines creation maintenance and adoption acting as the visual consistency guardian and primary support for local market teams.
• You will lead asset curation and governance: reviewing and creating game thumbnails ensuring quality and consistency standards are met across all platforms and market variations.
• You will coordinate communication and workflows with external creative partners.
• You will monitor and mentor intern designers supporting their development and ensuring output quality.

What Youll Bring:

• 46 years of professional experience in visual design with a strong focus on digital product environments.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating static and animated work in product and in-app contexts.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including motion and animation.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining guidelines across multiple markets or brands.
• Experience managing external creative partner relationships including briefing and feedback cycles.
• Comfortable working with AI as part of your day-to-day creative workflow.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers or interns.
• Fluent English written and spoken for daily collaboration with international teams and partners.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of product design principles and UX thinking.
• Experience in iGaming or sports betting.
• Familiarity with localization workflows for multi-market asset adaptation.
• Basic Figma knowledge for collaborating within product teams.
