In this dynamic environment we are looking for a Content Senior Associate to join our Marketing & Communication team in Athens. The role focuses on developing high-quality insight-led content that supports the firms brand positioning thought leadership agenda and communications priorities.
Working closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts the role supports the development of strategic narratives around key business topics industry trends and market insights. The role translates ideas expertise and research into engaging content that helps communicate the firms perspectives and thought leadership across multiple channels.
Make a real impact
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop strategic narratives around key business priorities and market trends
- Identify thought leadership opportunities and transform business insights research and expertise into compelling stories and content
- Develop high-quality content across multiple formats including thought leadership articles reports website content executive communications social media and marketing materials
- Translate complex business industry and research topics into clear engaging and audience-relevant content
- Support the development and promotion of thought leadership and research-based communications
- Ensure consistency of messaging tone of voice and brand positioning across all content
- Contribute to content planning and editorial calendar management
- Collaborate with Brand & Communications Digital and business teams to support integrated communications initiatives
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement to identify opportunities for improvement
What you bring matters
- 45 years of relevant professional experience in content development corporate communications journalism marketing communications or a related field
- Exceptional proficiency in writing editing & communication with a commanding in both English and Greek
- Ability to develop engaging content and storytelling approaches for different audiences
- Ability to translate complex business and industry topics into clear and accessible content
- Interest in thought leadership research and market trends
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of brand and communications principles
- Familiarity with SEO and digital content best practices
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality content
- Curiosity creativity and willingness to learn
