We are seeking passionate individuals to join our sales team dedicated to teamwork exceeding revenue targets and delivering unparalleled service. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to assist clients in transforming their boat holiday dreams into reality while building lasting relationships with customers from across the globe.

Based in our Athens office youll be joining a team that thrives on ambition moves fast and isnt afraid to roll up its sleeves.

• Be an integral part of our sales team driven by high targets and revenue generation.
• Assist clients in converting boat holiday requests into bookings ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with our diverse clientele.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product team to influence product development.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Fluency in German at a Native level plus strong English; additional languages are a bonus
• Some prior experience in sales customer service or a client-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a compassionate and open demeanor
• Comfortable in a fast-paced target-driven environment
• Based in Athens Greece with existing right to work in Greece/EU (we do not sponsor visas for this role)
