Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone chat & email
Deliver a high-quality customer experience with focus on satisfaction & resolution
Build and maintain positive relationships through clear professional communication
Provide accurate up-to-date information using internal tools & systems
Achieve individual and team performance targets including call-handling KPIs
Maintain detailed customer records accounts & interaction documentation
Always follow communication procedures and data protection policies

Native or near-native German fluent English (B2 minimum)
Strong customer service & contact handling experience across multiple channels
Excellent verbal & written communication with active listening skills
High computer literacy confident working across multiple systems
Strong multitasking time management & prioritization skills
Customer-focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling
Ability to perform in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
