Sales Advisor – German

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens Greece and is hiring for the role of Sales Advisor. As a German-speaking Sales Advisor you will bring new business customers onto a leading B2B e-commerce marketplace. The work is target-driven and mainly outbound so a comfortable phone manner matters.

• Register new small-to-medium and large businesses on the B2B marketplace this is new-customer acquisition not only converting existing customers
• Reach decision-makers by phone and email (mainly outbound calling) and follow up to secure registration
• Set up new accounts and drive feature adoption among new and inactive customers
• Meet sales and productivity targets

• Native or near-native German (C2) and fluent English (B2) spoken and written
• Previous customer support or sales experience across calls chat and email
• Comfortable making outbound calls to businesses
• Strong multitasking skills across several systems in a fast-paced setting

• Salary: 1400 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Monthly performance bonus: 200250 gross with overachievement paid up to 150%
• Anniversary bonus: 500 (based on attendance and performance)
