We are a well-established regulated Forex/CFD brokerage operating globally with a strong presence across Tier 1 markets. Our Athens office is expanding and we are looking for experienced Retention Agents to manage and grow our UK client base.
As a Retention Agent you will be responsible for managing existing UK clients maximizing retention and increasing client lifetime value through professional relationship management and strategic upselling. This role requires a high-performing sales professional with experience in regulated environments.
Requirements
Manage and retain a portfolio of UK-based clients
Build strong long-term relationships with clients via phone and email
Drive deposits re-deposits and trading activity
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Provide market insights and platform guidance to clients
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA / ESMA)
Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams including compliance and support
Proven experience as a Retention Agent in a regulated Forex/CFD company
Strong experience working with UK (Tier 1) clients
Excellent closing negotiation and objection-handling skills
Fluent English (native or near-native level)
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
Ability to work under strict regulatory frameworks
Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Must be currently based in Athens Greece

Proven experience as a Retention Agent within a regulated Forex/CFD company Strong background handling UK clients (Tier 1 markets) Demonstrated ability to retain upsell and increase client lifetime value Excellent closing skills with a results-driven mindset Fluent English (native or near-native level) both verbal and written Solid understanding of financial markets trading platforms and products Experience working under strict regulatory frameworks (FCA / ESMA guidelines) Ability to manage high-value clients and large portfolios Strong objection handling and negotiation skills Comfortable working with KPIs targets and commission-based structures Experience using CRM systems and retention tools Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure sales environment Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of motivation discipline and consistency Must be currently based in Athens Greece (no relocation offered)
