Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and railway systems expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative passionate and driven teammates.

Youll ensure the seamless deployment of innovative rail systems connecting technology to real-world passenger journeys. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering operations and quality assurance) lead cross-functional collaborations to resolve integration challenges and much more.

Youll specifically take care of coordinating the introduction of new railway products into customer projects but also ensuring compliance with safety quality and performance standards.

• Coordinating the introduction of new railway products into customer projects ensuring compliance with standards and timelines

• Leading cross-functional teams to resolve integration and deployment challenges

• Ensuring smooth transitions from prototype to operational service

• Implementing feedback loops to improve product quality and performance

• Acting as the go-to expert for stakeholders on technical readiness activities

• Minimizing risks and downtime during product introduction phases

• Degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field

• Proven experience in product introduction project engineering or a similar industrial environment (710 years)

• Strong understanding of railway systems safety requirements and quality assurance processes

• Excellent coordination skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation and keen attention to detail

• Strong English communication skills; additional language skills are a plus

• Familiarity with feedback-driven improvement processes
