Job Summary
- Define and execute the regional product strategy for utility-scale solutions aligned with business goals across SEE CEE and CIS
- Translate market needs regulatory requirements and customer feedback into clear product roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with sales engineering and global product teams to deliver competitive and scalable solutions
- Drive product positioning value propositions and go-to-market strategies for diverse regional markets
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional product management team
- Act as a key interface between regional stakeholders and headquarters to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
- Degree in engineering energy systems business or a related field
- Several years of experience in product management within utility-scale energy renewables or power infrastructure
- Strong understanding of energy markets regulatory environments and grid requirements across SEE CEE and CIS
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide regional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- English and Greek at C1 level required;
