We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven lawyer to join our Privacy & Technology team in Athens who will be engaged among others in the following:

• Drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Conducting legal due diligence with a focus on:

• Data protection and privacy matters

• Intellectual property rights

• Technology-related agreements including licensing SaaS and data processing αgreements

• Assisting clients with compliance programs and regulatory requirements including:

• GDPR (DPIAs privacy policies RoPAs TIAs etc.)

• DORA (ICT services agreements)

• DSA and AI Act .

• Preparing legal opinions on privacy consumer and digital law matters.

What you bring matters

• Bachelors degree in Law (from a domestic university or equivalent certification from the pertinent Greek organizations)

• 2-3 years of post-admission experience with solid knowledge and hands-on experience with:

• GDPR compliance

• DORA

• Digital Services Act (DSA)

• Consumer Protection Law

• Intellectual Property Law

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing in a clear concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)

• Admission to Athens Bar or other Bar Association in Greece

• Excellent legal and business analytical skills

• Positivity motivation and strong interpersonal skills

• A Masters degree in Data Protection Law or other Technology Law field and DPO certification will be considered a strong asset
