Principal Delivery Manager (Energy Domain)

EPAM Greece is seeking a Greek-speaking Principal Delivery Manager to collaborate with local Energy domain accounts. The successful candidate will take charge of delivery ownership customer relationship management business development support delivery team organization and financial oversight.

Regular visits to client offices in Athens (23 times weekly) are required for this role. Candidates must possess Greek language skills at C1 level and English at B2 level.

• Take ownership of delivery for one or multiple accounts guaranteeing project success quality standards and client satisfaction
• Structure delivery teams and launch projects confirming appropriate staffing skills and delivery frameworks are established
• Directly handle select key projects personally overseeing delivery risk management scheduling quality and stakeholder coordination
• Collaborate with Managers and Client Partners to secure successful delivery outcomes and robust client relationships
• Hold responsibility for delivery on both new and existing accounts encompassing account launch and consultative sales approaches
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients while managing customer relationships
• Contribute to business development efforts and financial oversight tasks
• Supervise delivery workflows project implementation risk factors and quality benchmarks
• Participate in presales activities and consultative selling spanning various technologies
• Deliver high-level architectural guidance and assist with SDLC configuration for intricate technical projects
• Conduct routine visits to client offices in Athens to sustain strong client relationships
• Remain flexible across different account categories whether new existing or a mix of both
• Work alongside internal teams to achieve project goals and enhance client value

• Minimum 10 years of experience within the software implementation sector
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing software projects in enterprise environments with annual project values above $1M
• Demonstrated background in presales and consultative selling across diverse technologies
• Greek language proficiency at the C1 level
• English language proficiency at the B2 level
• Background as a delivery manager establishing SDLC processes and offering high-level architecture guidance (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of local Energy sector companies and market conditions (preferred)
