Portuguese & English Customer Support Specialist

We are currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join an international support team based in Athens Greece. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to start immediately and enjoys working in a structured fast-paced customer service environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Handle customer inquiries via chat email and phone in Portuguese and English
• Provide clear solution-focused support to customers
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when required
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality

What We Are Looking For

• Portuguese and English language proficiency required
• EU citizenship required
• Must be available for immediate start
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Greece
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory
